I forgot to mention the German suplex in my Iruma-kun rundown...The last post has impressions for Ahiru no Sora, Shinchou Yuusha, Honzuki no Gekokujou and Mairimashita! Iruma-kun. This post is for Africa Salaryman, Actors, Tokunana and Abilities Average. Next, there's Assassin's Pride, Stand My Heroes, No Guns Life and Stars Align (Stars Align is a last-minute addition from my... Continue Reading →
“Seeing the Future”, Now
I "saw the future"...in one way of speaking. After wandering around AniChart for a while, I came across a summer 2019 video I'd never seen before...I've put it down below so you can watch it too. It's only 27 minutes with skippable credits at the end and no OP, so it shouldn't be too harsh... Continue Reading →
Animanga Festival #15 – Fanwork is Cool
Geddit? Fanwork? Cool? ...okay, remind me to never be a stand-up comedian, ever... In the spirit of fanwork needing love, well, there's no better fandom than Boueibu. I've mentioned my high opinion of this fic a grand total of once, but I still like it upon rereading it and I didn't elaborate on why I love... Continue Reading →
Fall 2019 First Episode Impressions: Here We Go Again!
It's been 5 years since I began watching simulcasts. Despite that...welp, I'm running even more behind schedule than usual. (Sorry about that.)This post has impressions for Ahiru no Sora, Shinchou Yuusha (which I secretly know as "TUEEE"), Honzuki no Gekokujou and Mairimashita! Iruma-kun. After that, it's Africa Salaryman, Actors, Tokunana and Abilities Average (although I... Continue Reading →

Demon Sayer Corps: Kimetsu no Yaiba 24 & 25 – TRAAAAAINING AAAAARRCCCCC
In these episodes of Demon Slayer…Infinite (Train) Hype, some meme references, some language talk and more Kanao praise than you can shake a stick at.
Hello everyone. I know i’m a bit behind on this, but I finally managed to compile the post for Kimetsu no Yaiba episodes 24 and 25. Good heavens, I’ve been loving this show, and this collab as well, so i’m very sad to see it ending. Only one more post after this, which will be on Moya’s blog… at least, until season 2 (maybe) or the movie (maybe).
As always, for clarity’s sake:
I’m talking in blue
Aria’s in the maroon
Moyaya is red
Plyasm would be green… if he were still participating.
Episode 24:
What are your general thoughts on this episode?
I swear I’ve read Astral say something to this effect, but…did somebody say TRAINING ARCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC?! (I was right – his exact words, which were from episode 3, were: “Is just one episode considered a… TRAAAAAAINING AAAAAAAARC?”)
Zenitsu is the literal worst.
The training was more interesting and…

Animanga Festival #10 – Collection of Your Best Works
Aka "the Spellbook's Greatest Hits". The title explains itself, so let's get into this stuff straight away: Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu and Gender is the first post that really fits the format I use for posts now. Ode to Anime Studios – Bones is the first of many Ode to Anime Studios posts. When You Stare Into... Continue Reading →
Relivin’ the Dream Again with Rokuhoudou
To be honest with you, I've been working on a project in secret... ...it's a rewatch project; that is, checking out some of the things on my favourites list to see if they do hold up on future watching, as all good works should. (However, the project's not as official as the others which have... Continue Reading →
Animanga Festival #5 – Taking a Journey through the Anime and Manga Worlds
Yes, I'm part of the Animanga Festival. Meta context: I skipped #2 because in 2015 - that is, before I made the jump to WordPress - I made a Tumblr post on this very topic and it reflects both my naivete and its rather fillery nature in the context of the blog it's hosted on. I'm not... Continue Reading →
The Merits of Astra: Lost in Space’s Mystery
Astra is good, y'all. Y'know how I said I wasn't keeping track of where this season was going? I guess the only real way to drive it home was to watch the first and the final episodes back to back, a bit of suffering specifically conferred upon me by the anime club (because somehow, I...
